1) Be friend with Seymour Brickstein, Agent Chase, Foreman Frank, and Peelie Wheelie.

2) go here and play the game! Once you've got ten clippings, go to Seymour Brickstein and get the Headline Hero badge Blueprint.

3) Once you've gotten 5 Racing Trophies, go to Peelie Wheelie's page and buy the Racers Rookie Badge Blueprint.

4) Once you've gotten 5 Agents Dossiers, go to Agent Chase's page and buy the Agents Rookie Badge Blueprint.

5) Once you've gotten 5 Hardhats, go to Foreman Frank's page and buy the City Rookie Badge Blueprint

6) Collect another 5 Racing Trophies, 5 Agents Dossiers, 5 Hardhats to make the three badges

7) Make the Headline Hero Badge

8) Make it and befriend Mayor Frictionfit

9) Buy the blueprints for the The Robot Chronicles Trophy Module and the City Skin and make them.

10) Win ' the fall of the robot ' in the game and collect the 'Keys to LEGO City Badge Blueprint'. Make the badge.

11) Buy the Magna Drone Plant Module to make Magna drones and when you collect 30 of them, buy then the Dr Inferno Simulation Module blueprint and make it.

12) Buy now the stickers, and eventually you could make the Racers Rookie Badge again and also the City Rookie Badge.
