Compete in a race! Users with a Race Car, Rank 3 can use 1 Solar Power Cell to compete in a racing competition. If the guest wins they receive 3 Victory Ribbons, if the owner wins they receive the Stunt Track, Rank 3 Module Blueprint. This module requires 1 Solar Power Cell to run.
