Manny Arms is Master of Arms at The House of Mantles. He is in charge of the personal weapons of Prince Pelle's court. He is well known in the Network for his battle plans. During Prince Pelle's time he has also taken charge of training and discipline of her army. He remaions loyal but conflicted to be in opposition to his friend but now nemesis Siege Sunder.
